We completely modernised this beautiful, classic residence, restoring some of the characteristic elements, such as the gorgeous old doors and ornamental ceiling decorations. The kitchen and dining room were joined, and all the pipes and wiring were replaced throughout the house. Walls were plastered and painted, and the woodwork was stripped down and then repainted, base coat and glossy layers. The bathroom was completely redone in a dark spa style, with a separate bathtub. New floors were laid, the ensuite layout was restored, and different built-in cupboards were designed and made. Lighting was also installed along the stairsteps. It’s a delightful place to live…
