Novo regularly renovates staircases and attics.

Stairs: Sometimes a staircase needs to be moved to a different location, but generally it just needs to restored and renovated. We scrape it down to the bare wood and redo all the layers of base coat and paint. If the customer wants, we can install side lighting along the stairs and replaster and paint the stairwell.

Attic: Usually as part of a complete remodel of the house, almost always in combination with installing (new) dormer windows). Changing the floor plan, installing pipes and wiring, insulating the roof, closing up the walls, plastering and painting, and of course laying a nice floor.
