Structural engineering

Structural changes to your home or business

Besides all the disciplines and crafts that Novo offers, we also provide major structural engineering services in collaboration with our partners (technical designers, construction modelling experts, steel companies, concrete companies, etc.).

We have our own architect on staff (www.novoarchitectuur.nl) to guarantee quality and supervise the major construction projects. Whether your project involves an addition, expansion or roof extension, we have completed similar projects on various occasions. But besides the ordinary construction projects, we love to work on the combination of an addition as well as a roof extensions. It’s a fun challenge, since it changes the load-bearing design of the building’s core, requiring uncompromising accuracy in the structural design.

We highly recommended Novo Bouw for all construction work. We worked with them on many projects in our house including ground floor renovation, bathroom remodeling (including tiling), electrical work, carpentry, etc... We've always had a really great experience with them and are very happy with the outcome!

Erg tevreden!

Over the past 5 years we have worked with Novo on several projects. We are looking forward to start up a new project shortly. They are very professional and planning&communications is very clear. I love that they manage expectations and can also work independently without losing our interests out of sight, recommended!

As an interior architect, I have been collaborating with Novo on a wide range of projects for ten years. I have been working with their plumbers, electricians to furniture makers and project managers in a long-standing partnership. I am thoroughly familiar with their expertise. Having experienced the complexities of major renovations firsthand, I understand better than anyone how frustrating unexpected delays and budget overruns can be for clients. However, knowing their way of working gives me complete confidence that a solution will always be found in a positive, calm, and professional manner. That is precisely why I have been working with them for so long!
