This building has had a complete makeover! The structure has been reinforced with a steel frame, making it possible to add a new back wall made of glass, complete with sliding doors. The floor plan was completely redesigned on the ground floor and first floor; only the basement stayed the same. Obviously, all the wiring and plumbing was replaced, new walls were constructed, plastered and painted, a new kitchen was installed, and the luxurious new bathroom features a bathtub and a separate shower.
