Complete renovation and extension with skylights for semi-detached villa in Wassenaar
We not only modernised the entire home, including the bathroom, but also built a new extension that required a building permit under architectural supervision. The extension and its large row of skylights were designed and supervised by our own staff architect. The renovation included wiring, pipes, a new bathroom, all the plastering and painting, the pantry and the floors. The sloped roof of the extension and the roof tiles were dictated by the architecture committee, to keep the roof line even with the roof of the neighbouring house.
