When you think of a beach-style interior, you think of a setting that exudes peace and tranquillity. Think big windows with white curtains that are blowing to and fro in the wind. Think light colours, such as whites and sandy shades. On the floor we suggest white wooden floorboards that have been sanded lightly.  You could also use bleached or brushed laminate to achieve that true seaside sense of living.

Simplicity is the key word, so it is important to put in only basic furniture such as a beautiful white sanded down seats with only a rug or a pillows. In the bedroom we advise you to only use pastel colours and calm bed sheets. Pastel shades should emphasise light blue, aquamarine or turquoise, cream and sand. Light wood tones blend well with this style and navy blue finishes are very suitable. Once the paintwork has been finished, decorations like sailboats, shells, and vases filled with sand add a nice touch.
