Usually the clients deliver the shell of the house and Novo does the complete finishing, including all the plastering and paintwork, installing the kitchen and making it ready for use, fitting the bathrooms and toilets, and often also adjusting the height of the power sockets. The rates charged by building contractors are usually very high for jobs like these. Novo is a cheaper alternative, offering better quality. We have already completed many projects, such as in IJburg, a new suburb of Amsterdam.
