Looking for the best contractor in Laren?

No need to keep looking……..you found us!!!

Way back when, we started out with just one ad on MARKTPLAATS.NL, but we’re still the best deal for your larger renovation projects! We are a small, reliable contracting company, affiliated with Bouwend Nederland (the national association of Dutch building and infrastructure companies). Over the past 15 years, Novo Bouw Contractor Laren has helped over 1000 very satisfied clients with its exceptional ‘self-contracting’ formula:

“We can do it! Our expertise + your input = lower costs”

Novo has a small management team of construction engineers and project managers who guide and support our clients throughout their renovations and building projects. Thanks to our staff architect, we can handle all sorts of complex renovations.

To keep our prices low, we cannot accept projects worth less than €20,000. When we work on large-scale construction or renovation projects, we can bring in a larger team to speed up the process.

    2. Get started very soon: we can usually start working within 1 week
    3. Lower costs by only accepting bigger projects
    4. Lower costs by involving clients in buying (visible) materials for their own renovation.
    5. Lower costs by involving clients in project management for their own renovations.

Expat friendly

Novo has always had a natural link with the Expat community in The Netherlands. Not in the least because of being Expat ourselves, but also because the company language is English. This means communication is easy. But we also offer our “Expat service” for novice expats, facilitating them with all our knowledge how to get around and about in renovation and housing in The Netherlands. Many Expats have been extremely pleased with working with us and have become longstanding relations, which we call our Novo Ambassadors. We welcome you to become the next!

We have a unique IKEA-like concept in which our clients are closing involved in purchasing materials and managing the project, ensuring they have lots of control over their own renovations. As a result, we end up being a lot cheaper (30%+) than other contractors. But we are also a reliable contracting company, member of Bouwend Nederland (the national association of Dutch building and infrastructure companies). We highly recommended Novo Bouw for all construction work. We worked with them on many projects in our house including ground floor renovation, bathroom remodeling (including tiling), electrical work, carpentry, etc... We've always had a really great experience with them and are very happy with the outcome!

Erg tevreden!

Over the past 5 years we have worked with Novo on several projects. We are looking forward to start up a new project shortly. They are very professional and planning&communications is very clear. I love that they manage expectations and can also work independently without losing our interests out of sight, recommended!

As an interior architect, I have been collaborating with Novo on a wide range of projects for ten years. I have been working with their plumbers, electricians to furniture makers and project managers in a long-standing partnership. I am thoroughly familiar with their expertise. Having experienced the complexities of major renovations firsthand, I understand better than anyone how frustrating unexpected delays and budget overruns can be for clients. However, knowing their way of working gives me complete confidence that a solution will always be found in a positive, calm, and professional manner. That is precisely why I have been working with them for so long!
